Jens-Uwe Pydde
President and Founding Partner
Jens-Uwe Pydde is the owner of the Coldwell Banker North Coast real estate franchise. The company was founded in 2004 and currently has its main office in Sosua. A further branch was opened in Cabarete in 2006. In addition, Jens owns Orange Net-Service S.A., one of the leading telecommunications companies, holding a franchise contract with Orange (French Telekom) since 2001. Meanwhile he has established 18 branch offices along the North Coast, one of the largest structures in this very promising sector.
Moreover, he used to be active member of the board of the International Residents Club in Sosua and Cabarete and was instrumental in setting up the English speaking section. He has also been member of the Dominican/German Chamber of Commerce in Santo Domingo for many years.

Oliver Flambert
Founder/ Consultant
Oliver has a Bachellor degree in Business Administration and more than 15 years experience as a businessman. He is a former general manager of Bohio Agroindustrial, CporA, a major flower and vegetable producer for export located in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. Oliver presently is the owner of many Telecommunication retail stores franchise with Orange (France Telecom) and the Broker Owner of Olima Real Estate, a real estate company based in Samntiago and Santo Domingo. He brings experience in non-profit as a member of several non-profit and business associations including ANJE (Asociacion de Josevenes Empresarios) and VOSES (Voluntariado para la Seguridad de Santiago) . Oliver speaks and writes fluently English, Spanish, French and Créole. Oliver is pleased to bring his wealth of knowledge and experience to the DR Steps team.

Hauke Pydde
Founder and Consultant
Hauke Pydde founded the company Net Service with his brother Jens-Uwe. Net-Service has been the official dealer of France Telecom since the Summer of 2001. He manages 18 stores along the Northcoast, in Puerto Plata Sosua, Cabarete, Sabaneta, Rio San Juan, Nagua, und Santiago Net-Service employs 40 staff members including a full-time staff trainer and a corporate plan representative. Furthermore, Hauke handles all of the finance and accounting requirements for both Net-Service and Coldwell Banker North Coast. Hauke brings his extensive management and accounting experience as well as love of the DR and his integrity to the team.
